A Shop For Killers Season 2 Characters Explained: Disney+ hit K-drama returns for another season, and the ongoing episodes are nothing short of thrilling! As new and familiar faces battle for control of Murthehelp and Ji-an’s life, viewers watch the past and present converge as past questions are finally answered in the sequel. While the core cast remains the same, season 2 introduces several new characters who promise to give meaning to the shadowy organisation known as Babylon and showcase their deadly talents!
The second season (킬러들의 쇼핑몰 시즌2) stars Lee Dong-wook, Kim Hye-jun, Jo Han-sun, Geum Hae-na, Lee Tae-young, Kim Min, Hyunri, Okada Masaki, and Jung Yun-ha. The season is directed by Lee Kwon.

Returning Characters
Jeong Ji-an
At the centre of the mess between Murthehelp and Babylon is Ji-an, Jin-man’s young niece who lost her family as a result of her uncle’s work drama. After the traumatic events of the first season, Ji-an is shown to constantly be looking over her back as she tries to restart her life somewhere far away, living humbly and under the radar.
However, things are reportedly not going to stay easy for long as Ji-an’s whereabouts are about to be discovered and she might have to take on a bigger leadership role with her uncle. She’s a strong protagonist, but her past experience has left her traumatised, so much so that she sees Lee Seong-jo’s ghosts everywhere.
Jeong Jin-man
A Shop For Killers Season 2 showcases Jin-man’s story and how he got in control of Murthehelp as well as his history with Babylon. Originally thought to be dead, we see in the first few episodes that he had faked everything to steal Babylon’s server and hopefully use it to keep his niece safe. However, that resulted in Ji-an facing dangerous merceries one fine day.
The second season goes deeper into Jin-man’s relationship with Babylon and why the company is after him and Murthehelp. Upcoming episodes will ideally see the uncle-niece pair up against Babylon as their attacks on them grow stronger with each passing episode.
Brother
We haven’t seen too much of the elusive Brother in season 2, but in episodes 1 and 2, we see that he has become fond of Ji-an and was saddened when she decided to leave. Brother takes care of everything when it comes to Murthehelp and is one of Jin-man’s closest allies. His knowledge of the organisation’s inner workings makes him indispensable to the Jeong family. Here’s hoping we see more of him and he survives till the end!
Bale
While we haven’t seen too much of Bale yet, the franchise has shown him to be a merciless mercenary for Babylon who doesn’t hold back from spilling blood. He remains a major threat in season 2 as well, as his unpredictable methods and personal history with Jin-man make him an interesting character to be explored. The first four episodes are yet to get deeper into Bale’s lore and explore his character further, but his mere presence makes him a memorable villain, thanks to Jo Han-sun’s fearful portrayal of the character.
Pasin & So Min-hye
Originally introduced as Ji-an’s Muay Thai instructor, Pasin has turned out to be a rather lovable character in the franchise, all things considered. He is, of course, more than a martial arts teacher and was once working alongside Jin-man at Babylon. He has provided combat expertise, guidance and unwavering support in the first season and hopefully will continue to do so in the second one.
So Min-hye, meanwhile, is an elite fighter and a friend of Jin-man’s who helped keep Ji-an safe in the first season. Her loyalty and expertise make her one of Murthehelp’s strongest allies.
New Characters
Q
Played by Hyunri, this new character expands Babylon’s team as she plays Babylon’s East Asia branch team leader. She is also a very capable fighter and, at the moment, has been pushed to find Jin-man and get the servers back. She had previously met Jin-man when he was working with the police during an operation and shares history with him.
Although cold on the outside, she is extremely protective of her younger brother, J, and is very caring when it comes to keeping him safe.
J
Played by Masaki Okada, J is Q’s brother and a ruthless assassin. Being a cold, precision-driven mercenary, Babylon uses him to break Murthehelp’s defences. He’s an ace assassin and is stylish and free-spirited, making him a contrast to his sister’s coldness. He’s shown to be fun-seeking and curious, especially when it comes to dangerous situations and combat. J is a volatile threat whose exceptional combat skills might make him a surprisingly dangerous enemy for Jin-man.
Kusanagi Jin
She serves as the commanding and meticulous regional chief of Babylon. East Asia. Played by Jung Yun-ha, she is forced to come back to Korea and handle the business from its previous failing leadership. The second season showcases her as a calculative strategist who jumps into action to find Jin-man after he steals Babylon’s servers.
Kim Woo-jin
Last but not least, Woo-jin is Ji-an’s neighbour who, at first, seems safe, but Ji-an suddenly stumbles upon a message from Murthehelp on his phone while on his boat. It doesn’t help, also, that he has a ton of weapons on his small boat. At this moment, Ji-an doesn’t trust him, but viewers are not given definitive reasons to trust or distrust him.
