MANILA, Philippines — Vice President Sara Duterte declared on Friday that she has no intention of taking over President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., stating she prefers to let the public witness the president’s “shamelessness” play out “until the very end.” In an ambush interview, Duterte said in Filipino, “I have no desire to grab Bongbong Marcos’ position.”
