MANILA, Philippines— The Senate committee on women was unable to locate the parents of one of the two suspects in the fatal June 22 shooting at San Jose National High School in Tacloban City. The committee, chaired by Sen. Risa Hontiveros, is investigating the incident that claimed the lives of three students and injured several others.
