TUGUEGARAO CITY – Former Batanes Gov. Vicente Gato died early Tuesday morning at the age of 81, his second cousin, incumbent Rep. Ciriaco Gato, has confirmed. His relatives did not immediately disclose the cause of his death nor the place where he died. Rep. Gato’s online post says: “Deeply saddened and shocked by your passing.”
