Blue Bottle Coffee has opened its first store in Thailand at Central Park, marking the international coffee brand’s official entry into the Thai market. The store opened on August 21, 2026, on Level 1 of Central Park and operates daily from 10am to 10pm.

The opening makes Thailand the seventh country globally where Blue Bottle Coffee has established a presence, following the brand’s expansion across major cities in the United States and Asia.

Founded in Oakland, California, Blue Bottle Coffee is known for its focus on coffee freshness and quality across every stage of preparation, from roasting through to brewing. The brand has built its identity around carefully prepared coffee and a café experience shaped by the character of each location.

Café design is also a distinctive part of Blue Bottle’s identity. Each store incorporates elements inspired by the surrounding neighbourhood, allowing each branch to carry its own sense of place while remaining connected to the wider Blue Bottle experience.

The new Central Park café currently spans more than 130 square metres. It is a permanent location, with plans to expand the space in the future.

The Bangkok opening introduces several Blue Bottle signatures to local coffee drinkers, including NOLA, the brand’s New Orleans-style iced coffee. NOLA is one of Blue Bottle’s best-known iced coffee drinks and has become a recognised item across the brand’s international locations.

The café features a Kyoto-style espresso tap bar, unique to Southeast Asia's Blue Bottle Coffee stores.

For the Thailand launch, Blue Bottle Coffee is also introducing Thailand-exclusive pastries. The pastries have been developed in partnership with a local Thai business, adding a local element to the brand’s first store in the country.

One of the most distinctive features of Blue Bottle Coffee Thailand at Central Park is the Kyoto-Style Espresso Tap Bar. The Bangkok store is the first Blue Bottle location in Southeast Asia to introduce the tap bar in its full format.

The Kyoto-Style Espresso Tap Bar adds another layer to the store experience, giving visitors a different way to engage with Blue Bottle’s coffee programme. Together with the permanent café space, NOLA iced coffee and Thailand-exclusive pastries, the store presents both international brand signatures and locally developed additions.

Visitors can enjoy signature drinks like NOLA iced coffee at Blue Bottle Coffee in Central Park.

With its first Thailand store located at Central Park, Blue Bottle Coffee joins the development’s wider mix of dining, lifestyle and retail offerings. The opening strengthens Central Park’s position as a new destination for visitors seeking international food and beverage brands in Bangkok.

Blue Bottle Coffee Thailand is now open daily from 10am to 10pm on Level 1 of Central Park.
