Actress Guan Yufei suffers from a mysterious illness that causes her to lose control and transform unpredictably, earning her the nickname “Runaway Queen” and entangling her in endless rumors. To escape the media storm, she pretends to be ill and checks into a hospital. On the verge of a breakdown and about to jump from a building, she encounters Xu Zhixun, the president of the Xu Group who suffers from prosopagnosia (face blindness).
Xu Zhixun threatens to terminate her contract and demand compensation—yet he cannot even recognize her. Furious, Guan Yufei stomps on his phone. Soon, Xu discovers that Guan Yufei may hold the key to alleviating his condition, and invites her on a business trip, proposing a formal agreement. From that moment on, an unexpected and extraordinary romance begins to unfold between them.
