Ouano camp downplays SC order to comment on Cortes protest

The camp of Mandaue City Mayor Thadeo Jovito “Jonkie” Ouano said the Supreme Court’s directive requiring respondents to comment on a petition filed by former mayor Jonas Cortes is part of standard legal procedure.
