MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Storm Pilandok (international name: Krovanh) could reenter the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) on Sunday, the state weather bureau said. In its 5 a.m. weather forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Pilandok was located about 875 kilometers northeast of extreme Northern Luzon as of 3 a.m.
