An international hospitality partnership is bringing a globally recognised hotel management platform to a new residential development in southern Phuket, with Radisson Hotel Group set to manage a dedicated serviced apartment building at Next Point Condominium & Radisson Serviced Apartments Rawai Phuket.
The development, located in Rawai, comprises four buildings and 372 units. One of those four buildings will operate as Radisson Serviced Apartments Rawai Phuket, comprising 118 keys and managed by Radisson Hotel Group.
The overall Next Point Condominium development is scheduled for completion in Q4 2028.
The partnership brings an international hospitality operator into a residential development in one of Phuket’s established southern districts, combining serviced-apartment operations with a wider condominium project designed around resort-style amenities and long-stay living.
One building, four-building development
The distinction between the Radisson component and the wider development is central to the project.
Radisson Hotel Group will manage one of the four buildings, operating it as Radisson Serviced Apartments Rawai Phuket. It does not manage the entire Next Point Condominium development.
The Radisson building is positioned as a serviced-apartment product operated to hotel standards under international management.
Prices start from 4.2 million baht in buildings 1 to 3 and from 5.75 million baht in the Radisson building, correct at the time of publication. Both freehold and leasehold ownership are available in those three buildings; however, the Radisson building is leasehold only.
The distinction creates two different products within the same overall development: a professionally managed serviced-apartment building under the Radisson platform, alongside condominium buildings offering both freehold and leasehold ownership options.
South Point Group puts international management at the centre of the project
For South Point Group, the partnership reflects an emphasis on management standards and hospitality expertise as part of the development’s positioning. CEO of South Point Group, Konstantin Lizavenko, said:

The partnership adds an established international operator to a development that has been designed around a combination of residential, hospitality and lifestyle facilities.
A resort-style development in Rawai
Next Point Condominium is being developed on a site of approximately 5 rai, or around 8,000 square metres, with more than 4,200 square metres of facilities.
Its X-shaped architectural layout is designed to give 90% of apartments a view, including views towards the sea, tropical greenery or the Big Buddha. Andaman Sea views open up from the third floor, while the development’s location provides access to several of southern Phuket’s major destinations.
Rawai Beach is approximately 3 km away, while Nai Harn Beach is around 4 km, or approximately a seven-minute drive. International schools are located approximately 1 to 2 km from the development, while Big Buddha, Wat Chalong, Promthep Cape and Chalong Pier are each approximately 3 km away.
Nai Harn Beach is regularly ranked among the ten best beaches in Southeast Asia.
Designed around lifestyle as well as accommodation
Facilities at the development include four swimming pools, including a rooftop infinity pool of up to 50 metres and a salt-water pool.
Residents and guests will also have access to a rooftop bar, open-air cinema, spa with hammam and massage facilities, and a 200 sqm gym.
The project also includes a 113 sqm co-working space, a 214 sqm atrium courtyard, a kids’ club with video monitoring, restaurants, cafes and retail space.
Underground parking provides spaces for 140 cars and 80 motorbikes, together with EV charging facilities.
The development incorporates smart-home systems, European engineering and Italian furniture, while unit sizes range from 35 to 51 sqm studios to larger two-bedroom units and penthouses.
A new serviced-apartment offering for southern Phuket
The Radisson component adds another layer to Rawai’s growing residential and hospitality offering, particularly for visitors and residents looking for professionally managed accommodation.
The wider development is intended to serve different patterns of demand, from long-stay residents and families to visitors travelling during Phuket’s high season.
For eligible studios and one-bedroom units in buildings 1 to 3, the project also offers a contractual rental return from 6% per annum for the first three years. A Rental Pool operates on an 80/20 split in the owner’s favour.
A 0% instalment plan is available during construction, with a further instalment option of up to two years after completion. The booking deposit is 100,000 baht.
The investment terms apply only to the specified eligible units and buildings and should not be applied to the Radisson building.
Completion scheduled for Q4 2028
Construction began on 8 December 2025, following the building permit issued in October 2025. The project has an approved EIA and Chanote land title.
With completion scheduled for Q4 2028, the development is positioning the Radisson serviced-apartment component alongside a broader condominium offering in Rawai, bringing international hotel management into one building while retaining the wider development’s independent condominium structure.
