‘Spiderman’ of Toledo Cebu leaps onto roof, is arrested in buy-bust

A 39-year-old drug suspect known as “Spiderman” was arrested Wednesday afternoon after leaping onto a roof and hiding inside a ceiling to escape police in Barangay Calong-calong, Toledo City Cebu.
