The Phuket Hotels Association will present PHOODIE Phuket Food Festival 2026 from 20 to 29 November, bringing together 50 restaurants and bars for a ten-day celebration of Phuket’s diverse culinary scene. The island-wide programme will connect residents and visitors through special PHOODIE Road Map dining experiences at participating venues, the PHOODIE Meet walking-street-style market at Limelight Mall, and the prestigious, invitation-only PHOODIE Dining Awards at InterContinental Phuket Resort.

PHOODIE Road Map

The festival begins with the PHOODIE Road Map from 20 to 27 November, when participating restaurants and bars across Phuket will present PHOODIE specials, themed menus and one-off dining experiences. Individual dates, formats, prices and reservation details will be published through the PHOODIE digital calendar.

The Road Map is organised around six themes: PHOODIE Nutrition Lab, Sustainable Bites and Mixes, Plant-Based Creation, Chef’s Table Series, Phuket Seafood Celebration and Phuket Peranakan Culture. Together, the themes highlight wellness, responsible food and beverage practices, plant-based creativity, chef-led dining, Andaman seafood and Phuket’s distinctive Peranakan heritage.

The participating venues reflect the diversity of Phuket’s hospitality sector, combining leading international hotel brands with distinctive independent restaurants and destination dining venues. IHG is represented by Pine Beach Bar at InterContinental Phuket Resort and Sam’s Steaks and Grill at Holiday Inn Resort Phuket, Patong’s original grill since 1991.

Accor venues include Michelin Guide-listed Sizzle Rooftop Restaurant & Bar, the dine-on-water CHAR’D Grill, Tamarind, Thai Thai and Maska. Participating Marriott venues range from the multi-award-winning Takieng at Renaissance Phuket to Yue Restaurant & Bar, Drift Beach Bar & Grill and Aiyara at The Naka Island.

Other notable participating venues include Black Ginger at The Slate, Kata Rocks Clubhouse, SALA Restaurant, Casa Boho, Rock Salt and La Gritta. The line-up also includes Aulis Phuket, Simon Rogan’s intimate, Michelin-starred chef’s table centred on hyper-local ingredients and Thai terroir.

Participating venues may offer special menus, one-off dinners, chef collaborations, or experiences created exclusively for PHOODIE. Some will take place on a single evening, while others will run throughout the week. Dates, prices, formats, and reservation requirements will vary by venue and will be published through the PHOODIE digital calendar.

Diners attending a PHOODIE Road Map event will receive one PHOODIE Passport per diner per visit to a participating venue. Each PHOODIE Passport can be redeemed for one bite or one drink at PHOODIE Meet on 28 November. Diners may collect additional Passports by visiting other participating restaurants or returning to the same venue.

PHOODIE Meet

On 28 November, the Road Map will converge at PHOODIE Meet at Limelight Mall, where participating restaurants and bars will come together in a lively walking street-style market. Guests will be able to sample signature bites and drinks from multiple venues while enjoying live music, chef and bartender competitions, and festival entertainment. Phuket Bloggers will also be invited to name their Top Recommended Restaurant and Top Bar.

PHOODIE Dining Awards

PHOODIE will conclude on 29 November with the prestigious, invitation-only PHOODIE Dining Awards at InterContinental Phuket Resort. The ceremony will recognise the people and venues contributing to Phuket’s culinary identity, including awards for Best Chef, Best Bar and Best Restaurant determined by public vote. Voting closes on 27 November, giving diners a direct role in selecting the winners.

Through PHOODIE 2026, the Phuket Hotels Association aims to drive restaurant discovery, support local culinary talent, strengthen industry collaboration, and reinforce Phuket’s position as one of Southeast Asia’s leading dining destinations.
