5.6 earthquake hits Baganga, Davao Oriental

MANILA, Philippines — A magnitude 5.6 earthquake struck Baganga, Davao Oriental early Tuesday, July 28, the Philippine Institution of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
