MANILA, Philippines — The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) will issue subpoenas to the wife of Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa and other individuals who have been in recent contact with him. The move follows the bureau’s manhunt operation against the senator in connection with an arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC).
