- The prosecution is expected to continue presenting evidence under Article IV, which accuses Duterte of making grave threats against President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos, and former House Speaker Martin Romualdez.
- Last week, the prosecution presented its first witness, NBI Senior Agent John Mark Calilung, who authenticated video recordings and digital evidence related to Duterte’s Nov. 23, 2024 remarks.
- NBI Regional Director Jeremy Lotoc is expected to testify Monday on the findings of the bureau’s investigation into Duterte’s alleged threats.
