MANILA, Philippines – Typhoon Inday further weakens, packing maximum sustained winds of 150 km per hour and gusts of up to 185 kph, the weather bureau said Friday. It was located 620 km. east of Basco, Batanes as of 4 a.m., moving northwest at 20 kph., the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
