Godzilla Minus Zero Official Trailer 2 Review on X: X Is Fully Excited, But Losing It Over King Ghidorah

Godzilla Minus Zero Official Trailer 2 Review on X: The latest trailer for Godzilla Minus Zero dropped on October 11, 2026, and the fandom has taken up the charge to be excited and spill the excitement all over X (formerly Twitter); the fandom wasted no time discussing it. From people calling it “cinema” already to fans using their magnifying lens on what “might be” a glimpse of King Ghidorah, X has become the very place where people are losing their minds over the giant monster.

Godzilla Minus Zero Official Trailer 2 Review on X: Fans Call It An Absolute Cinema

The one thing that stands out, almost in unison, is how impressed people are with the scale of the trailer, with excitement not limited to just people who will happily watch anything involving Godzilla.

Fans have already started dissecting the visuals and the possibility of a story that goes much bigger than what the trailer has shown us so far. X user @ARIK_THE_INDIAN welcomed the trailer with “fire emojis”, writing, “ABSOLUTE CINEMA kind of vibes.  The vfx , scale and story look just crazy with a banger bgm”. However, the review complained that there was no glimpse of Ghidorah, writing, “Only complaint: However, confirmed the presence of Ghidorah but still not even showed it’s glimpse”.

This seems to be a problem that has appeared across X; the trailer has given the fans enough to be excited, it seems, but it has also left them with the BIG QUESTION MARK!

Another user, @RealKumonga, appeared less conflicted and gave a straightforward review, writing, “Once again very impressive just like the previous trailer and teaser”, rating it a 10/10.

User @Binged_ anticipates Godzilla Minus Zero to be successful, writing, “The movie is going to be a huge hit and the reviews are also spectacular”. While a trailer cannot tell exactly how the film will perform, it has nevertheless managed to build a significant amount of excitement.

Is King Ghidorah Missing?

King Ghidorah has become the elephant in the room; one big talking point around the latest trailer. The fans are arguing about his omission and appearance in the trailer. User @Movie_Fans reacted to the release by pointing out that King Ghidorah has not been shown with a “crying emoji”. The reaction was simple and portrayed their wait for Ghidorah!

It rather depicts that the fandom notices everything. However, @doctor_kaiju claimed that King Ghidorah is actually appearing in a glance in the new trailer, writing, “King Ghidorah is glimpsed briefly in the new Godzilla Minus Zero trailer”.

While some viewers came away disappointed that the trailer had not shown King Ghidorah, one can be seen pointing to a brief glimpse in the footage. Another user, @GilaFilmID, whose post was translated from Indonesian, shared an enthusiastic response, writing, “HUAAAAAAA, FINAL TRAILER GODZILLA: MINUS ZERO!!!!! THAT’S REALLY DEFINITELY KING GHIDORAH, RIGHT????” The uncertainty seems to be doing a lot of work here.

Did the Trailer Deliver Enough?

X user @YutyTyrant described the trailer as, “Eeeeeeh…. Kinda underwhelming for a final trailer, imo. It’s just the same cards they’d played before”, while also mentioning that they wanted Ghidorah glimpses.

The reaction contrasts the ones that give the trailer a perfect 10/10 or call it a cinema already. Thus, the X is clearly not in a complete agreement yet again.

Another user @RaccoonKing333 called the latest trailer amazing, writing, “i’m not gonna spoil for my friends that wanna go in blind but it definitely confirmed a theory I had for a long time about one of the characters, not to mention some even crazier looks at Godzilla”. Thanks for avoiding spoilers!

The X Verdict

The latest trailer for Godzilla Minus Zero has received a plethora of enthusiastic reactions, with viewers praising its visuals, scale, background music and the promise of a huge monster-movie spectacle. King Ghidorah has managed to steal the show with a considerable amount of attention being received. While some users wanted a “glimpse”, a few have mentioned that Ghidorah appears in the trailer.

X reactions suggest that the fandom is not “simply watching, but dissecting every part carefully and having its little gala time. For now, going by the reactions, Godzilla Minus Zero has given the fans enough to have discussions, and fans are looking closely.
