Bigg Boss Season 20 Episode 15: After Saturday’s episode ended with Salman Khan appearing to suffer a health scare on stage, the Sunday Weekend Ka Vaar episode finally revealed what was actually happening. Yes, Salman Khan had been acting and was perfectly fine! The entire sequence was staged to make Qazi Touqeer understand why joking about one’s health and making people around him genuinely worried is “not cool”.
Bigg Boss Season 20 Episode 15
Salman Khan later clarified on Instagram that nothing was wrong with his health after the promo left fans concerned. This was one of those Bigg Boss moments where the reactions became bigger than the prank itself because while Salman Khan and the team knew he was acting, nobody else did. Similarly, while Qazi Touqeer and the people watching knew that he was doing “pranks”, the contestants did not and were genuinely concerned.
The housemates genuinely appeared concerned as Salman struggled on stage, lay down and called for help, and once the truth was revealed, the comparison with Qazi’s earlier behaviour became obvious.
- Is Salman Khan fine?
- Yes, what happened on Bigg Boss 20 Episode 15 was a prank, staged to make Qazi Touqeer understand that joking around about health is not right.
- Who is the first contestant evicted from the house?
- Rohed Khan
Health Is Not A Punchline
Salman Khan did not let Qazi escape behind the classic “It was just a joke, I was not harming anyone” defence. The point he was making was straightforward: if you use something as serious as health to create reaction and urgency for entertainment, you cannot be surprised when people do not trust you if you actually have an issue.
Qazi had told the cameras that he was putting on an act, but the housemates inside were unaware of the context and genuinely believed that he was unwell. This is where the joke stopped being “funny”.

After Salman Khan left, the entire house seemed to turn against Qazi. What may have been entertaining from the perspective of the person performing it suddenly looked very different to people who believed they were witnessing an actual health situation.
Qazi was mocked for his actions, questioned for playing games with the housemates and was confronted for making them worried.

He eventually apologised to the camera as well, acknowledging that anyone who may have felt hurt or disturbed, particularly around something as sensitive as mental health, could have taken his act badly.
Apologies within the house rarely are a single conversation; they come with three more arguments.
Rhiti Tiwari Lost the Cool
Rhiti Tiwari’s anger towards Qazi was perhaps the most explosive reaction. She went off on him, with the argument escalating to a point where Qazi asked her not to be abusive.
Rhiti eventually apologised for the abusive language, but she was very clear about the fact that she was sorry for nothing other than the abusive words.

The house was not simply angry that Qazi had acted, but they were angry that they had been made fools of. To find out that the emotion you were experiencing in the moment was based on information someone else deliberately withheld from you is particularly frustrating. Qazi understandably found himself having to sit through a lot of anger.
Even Gullu told him that after what had happened, he would have to hear the housemates because they were upset, and Qazi agreed.
Mahi Asked: Why Is Everyone Suddenly Against Qazi?
Amid the very understandable pile-up, Mahi Vij brought up the one point; her argument was simple: everyone was coming at Qazi at once without really allowing him to explain himself.
This is where the intervention became interesting. You do not necessarily have to agree with Qazi’s actions to notice when a group dynamic starts becoming a pile-up. The housemates had their reasons to be angry, but Mahi was essentially asking them to hear him before deciding what his entire intention was.

It was one of those tiny Bigg Boss moments where the person defending someone does not necessarily have to believe they were right. Sometimes they are simply asking to be heard.
Salman Khan Slammed the Trolls
The Qazi conversation came after Salman Khan had already spent a significant part of Episode 14 of Weekend Ka Vaar addressing the larger culture of online trolling.
The episode saw Salman Khan directly confront the people constantly commenting on celebrities and their bodies. At one point, he removed his shirt and essentially challenged the trolls to say whatever about him.

Behind the “come on, troll me now” moment was a larger point about how casually people online turn human beings into content. The host also spoke about the way women are photographed or papped from behind and posted with captions like “guess who?”, questioning why this kind of content is treated as entertainment in the first place. He encouraged women to stand up against such behaviour rather than accepting it quietly.
The larger argument was about the relentless instinct to judge people without knowing what they are actually experiencing, and ironically that conversation fits perfectly with how things took a turn during the week’s captaincy task.
Rohed Khan Becomes the First Evicted Contestant of Bigg Boss 20
Just when the episode had already thrown enough emotional bombs around, the first eviction of Bigg Boss 20 was announced. Rohed Khan became the first contestant to be eliminated from Bigg Boss Hindi Season 20.

Episode 15 was not just about the fights but about performance, perception and the morality system. The next week of the game is all set to take off. What is in store is, of course, a mystery!
