MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa is still in the Philippines, the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) said on Friday. Asked about dela Rosa’s whereabouts, in a press briefing in Camp Crame, CIDG director Maj. Gen.
