MANDAUE CITY, Cebu – Today, April 27, is a special non-working day in Lapu-Lapu City, in commemoration of the Kadaugan sa Mactan. In an advisory, the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board in Central Visayas (RTWPB-7) said the “no work, no pay” policy applies for workers in Lapu-Lapu City based on Republic Act No. 11040.
