MANILA, Philippines — The Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (Edsa)-Ortigas Interchange has reopened to light vehicles, the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) announced on Monday, April 27. The interchange was temporarily closed on Friday evening, April 24, after a passenger bus caught fire on the southbound lane of the Edsa-Ortigas flyover. READ: MRT-3
