CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY — Two male police trainees in Misamis Oriental were arrested and placed in custody for allegedly raping a female batchmate, the Police Regional Office-10 (PRO-10) confirmed on Tuesday, Aug. 18. PRO-10 said the Misamis Oriental Police Provincial Office launched an investigation following the reported violation of the Anti-Rape Law of 1997.
