CEBU CITY, Philippines — Two men remain in police custody as of Saturday, August 22, after they were allegedly caught installing and distributing unauthorized internet connections to households in Consolacion, Cebu. The two were arrested around 12:30 p.m. on August 20 in Sitio Riverside, Barangay Poblacion Oriental, Consolacion, according to the Consolacion Municipal Police Station.
