CEBU CITY, Philippines — The Visayas grid will be placed under red alert for the 12th time on Sunday, Aug. 30, grid operators announced. The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) has issued a red alert anew for the regional grid for three hours, covering the peak hours between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m.
