Cebu establishes ‘Magwayen’ task force to track fish prices, supply

CEBU CITY, Philippines — Cebu is establishing a province-wide system to track fish prices and supply, with a new task force set to monitor market movements from landing centers to retail outlets. Gov. Pamela Baricuatro created the Cebu Task Force “Magwayen” through Executive Order No. 50, bringing government agencies, local governments, and fisherfolk groups together
